So, you thought you have finally found the ONE.

Someone who has an established career, with stable financial status, responsible, good looking, intelligent, and good-humored person has finally come into your life.

But, just when you thought you’ve finally met the ideal man or woman of your dreams, everything seems to be wrong and complicated. Suddenly, he has lost his job, she went bankrupt, he became careless, and she became paranoid about everything. You try to help your partner in dealing with the issues but it always turns out that he or she’s too good to ask help from anybody-even you.

Still, despite everything you still do almost everything to help your beau without you realizing that he or she slowly drags you into the pit of depression and helplessness they’re in. When you feel that you are no longer healthy, happy, and growing in the relationship, that’s the time when you are trapped in bad relationship.

Being stuck and stranded

It is always hard to end any kind of relationship-especially if it’s a romantic relationship. But, no matter how hard to end something that you thought is precious, you should know when to end a relationship especially if you are well-aware that its not doing you any good.

The signs of the times would probably tell you if you are already being stuck in a bad relationship. Experts agree that the relationship is already bad when the couple is going through unusual periods of disagreement and bitterness that can be evitable in some relationships. You will also know if you are already in the pit of a bad relationship when it involves incessant aggravation and everything-even your partner-seems to be out of your reach.

The main determinant if you are in a bad relationship is the behavior of your partner. You can tell that you are being caught up in a bad relationship if your partner is beyond your reach of communication and comprehension, he or she doesn’t want to make any commitment, doesn’t profess his or her feelings even if there is a sort of commitment or plainly incapable of loving someone else besides him or herself.

Studies also show that in any bad relationship, the couple is often on dissimilar wavelengths that there is almost no common ground and no connection or communication that result to irritation and disappointment.

Since bad relationships usually stem from chronic reciprocation of what one or both partners need, the relationship itself can even damage the self-esteem of the persons involved. Bad relationships are also destructive for persons especially those who have invested so much in their careers for their personal lives since these serve as a perfect breeding ground for rage, bitterness, self-doubt, melancholy, and distress.

Aside from emotional distress, staying in a bad relationship can be hazardous to someone’s health. The most common hazard of bad relationship is the physical harm caused by an abusive partner. In less severe cases, being in a bad relationship can cause tensions and various chemical changes often triggered by so much stress.

Being in a bad relationship reflects so much on the person’s overall health and well-being because it can drain energy, thus, lowering the body’s resistance to illness. The common health hazards of being in a bad relationship include severe headaches, back pains, and stomachaches caused by anger and frustration; insomnia and melancholy caused by emotional distress; and weight problems caused by irregular behavioral patterns and depression.

If couples continue to be in a relationship that is no longer healthy, they will try to find a way to escape from being stuck inside by being alcoholic or drug dependent. Worse, being stuck in an unhealthy relationship can eventually lead to recurrent suicide attempts.

Breaking free

What most people inside relationships do not realize is that the more they try to work things out, things get more and more complicated. This is because both people in the relationship try so hard to pass through the stage without realizing that they are detaching themselves with their respective partners. As a result of this detachment is misunderstanding, incompatibility, and soon enough, falling out of love.

If you are already in a bad relationship that robs you off your freedom to be yourself, the freedom to love other person, and the freedom to get out of an unhealthy and destructive relationship, here are some of the things you can do to recover.

1. Consider your wellness as the first priority in life whether you are in or out of a romantic relationship.

2. Try to be “selfish” at times by focusing on your own needs above all else.

3. Be strong enough to deal with your own problems.

4. Have a positive outlook in life and cultivate whatever positive values you acquired within the relationship.

5. Nurture you spiritual side and try to look for ways or activities that can bring you inner peace.

6. If the relationship was quite traumatic, think of getting professional help or find a support group where you can chare your experiences and the lessons you have learned.

7. Don’t be afraid to fall in love but try to be more cautious next time so you won’t be stuck in a bad relationship.

    So I was hanging out with her a couple of nights ago, and I decided to finally to say to her, “Hey, in all honesty, would you ever date a guy like me?”

    She told me, “Well, honestly…you’re too nice. For some reason, I like jerks. I know that sounds crazy, but it’s the truth.”

    I was a bit stunned and didn’t know what to say. So I just acted like I only joking around, and wasn’t really into her, but inside I felt like crap.

    I guess it’s true what they say: “nice guys finish last.” I can’t understand this, Dean — why women always seem to go for guys who are liars and jerks, while nice guys like myself get left out in the cold.

    Dean Cortez here. Before I got my skills and confidence with women and mastered this “game,” I used to be a classic example of a Nice Guy.

    When I think about how many girls I COULD have hooked up with…but didn’t, because my weak “Nice Guy” strategy messed everything up…I want to kick myself!

    Back in those days, when I liked a girl, I always made myself available to her. I’d chat with her on the phone, or on the Internet, for as long as she wanted to. If she asked me to meet up and do something, I’d drop whatever I was doing and go see her.

    If she was having problems with whatever jerk she was currently sleeping with, I’d listen to her and try to be supportive.

    The bottom line was, instead of building a sexual connection with her, I acted like her “friend” who didn’t have any romantic intentions.

    I tried to seem as if I wasn’t like “those other guys” who only wanted to get in her pants.

    Of course, the whole time I was pretending to be “Mr. Nice Guy,” all I could THINK about was sleeping with her…

    I made the huge mistake that so many guys make — thinking that building a FRIENDSHIP first was going to get me the sexual relationship later, if only I spent enough time building her trust.

    But as you probably know, it never pans out this way. The guy keeps suffering in the “Friend Zone” until one of two things happens (and both outcomes are bad):

    1. One night he finally decides to confess to her how he really feels — and it’s a terribly awkward moment that leads to a rejection.

    2. Or, she starts dating another guy who doesn’t want her “Nice Guy” friend hanging around. So, she stops hanging out him completely.

    (Hey, if you were dating a girl, would you want her “Nice Guy” buddy hanging around her all the time, obviously hoping to hook up with her? Of course not, you’d tell your girl to stop spending time with him.)

    Look, I want to clarify some false beliefs about Nice Guys and Bad Boys — because the truth is, “Nice Guys” really aren’t as honest and sincere as they like to think they are.

    In fact, Nice Guys are often being WAY more dishonest that the Bad Boys!

    Let me explain…

    When a Nice Guy is hanging out with a woman he is HOPING to hook up with, everything he does is a deception!

    The entire “friendship” he is building with the girl is phony. He really just wants to get her into bed! He is using this friendship as a TACTIC to try to get what he is truly after.

    Unfortunately, it’s a very ineffective tactic. It doesn’t work. And don’t think you’re fooling the girl: if she knows that she is sexually desirable, and she knows you’re a heterosexual MAN with needs, then obviously she knows you want to sleep with her.

    She knows what the Nice Guy is REALLY after. But she’s not going to give it to him, because he isn’t projecting any of the qualities that she finds SEXUALLY ATTRACTIVE in a man.

    The Nice Guy is projecting weakness instead of confidence. He’s also demonstrating that he is completely available to hang out with her whenever she wants, instead of being a man with a full social life and OTHER options.

    (Don’t forget, women want a guy who is wanted by other women! The more options she THINKS you have, the more she’ll want you!)

    Bad Boys DO have these qualities that women are hard-wired to pursue. And when Bad Boys talk to women, they do so in a flirty, sexual, masculine way.

    I have a good buddy who is total Bad Boy and truly understands how to get girls. He’s not some tattooed UFC fighter, rock musician, or strip club bouncer. Actually, he wears a suit every day to his 9-to-5 corporate job.

    But when he approaches and talks with girls, he gives off Bad Boy energy. This means he is cocky, playful and ultra-confident — and he also acts like he is not easily impressed, no matter how hot she is.

    I was with him at a bar a few nights ago. He said to a girl…

    “I hope your boyfriend isn’t here, because I’m about to totally flirt with you. How can you blame me, when you’re wearing a dress like that?”

    He delivered this opener with a confident smile and the correct body language. He then transitioned into the conversation with no delay (this is all explained in the Mack Tactics “Ultimate Approach” book), and started moving things in the right direction.

    He built up her curiosity and attraction, and then he said to her:

    “You’re actually pretty cool, it’s a shame that it would never work out between us. You’re nothing like the girls I usually date.”

    Then he immediately changed the subject. He didn’t give her any further explanation — which messed with her self-esteem a bit, and made her want to PROVE that she was worthy of dating a guy him!

    A short time later he started talking to her about how he’s a big fan of getting massages. He said to her, “If you know how to give awesome massages, then this MIGHT work out between us. If not, it’s cool, I can be your wingman tonight and help you meet a guy.”

    (This is a cool game to play with women. Tell her you’re going to be HER wingman! Then point out some dudes in the room that you know she will TOTALLY NOT be interested in, and offer to introduce her…she will laugh and squirm…then keep teasing her and flirting.)

    Then he used another classic “Bad Boy” tactic on her: he WALKED AWAY.

    Yes! He told her he had to go say hi to some people and that he’d come back and talk to her a little later.

    Then he walked away and hung out with me and my buddies for a while. We were all joking around and having a good time, and the whole time, the girl was WATCHING him and WAITING for him to come back and keep flirting with her!

    After keeping her in suspense for a while, he did…and a short time after that, he used a “Deal Closer” tactic to pull her out of the venue and take her back to his place.

    The *trick* to getting really successful with girls is to add a “Bad Boy Edge” to your personality that conveys confidence and masculinity.

    I’m not saying you should ever behave like a jerk, or disrespect women. Women are not “into” those qualities. Rather, they will ACCEPT these qualities from a Bad Boy who she is strongly attracted to.

    You can be the best of both worlds: a laidback, polite, respectful guy, but one who also has the BAD BOY EDGE that makes women desire you in a sexual way — not just “as a friend.”

You have an almost uncontrollable urge to run over to her and start talking. The “fight or flight syndrom” kicks in as your body pumps out adrenaline. You want to find out her name and you desperately want her number.

    Suddenly your mouth gets dry, your hands start to feel moist and your brain gives you a hundred reasons to just look away. So what do you do? Give up and run to fight another day (and beat yourself up for it for the next week) or breathe deep, bite the bullet and approach her even though you don’t know the best way of doing this – especially beautiful ones?

    This is a scenario that almost every man faces at least once (if not every week) in their lives. It can be hard for men to approach girls and even harder when it comes to picking up women how are beautiful. The art of picking up women has become much harder since females became more independent and selective in their choice of partners. The 21st century male really has his work cut out for him!

    So here are a few tips for picking up women that you may not have used before.

    - Where have you been looking for the perfect girl? Do you know that very few girls meet their partner in a bar? Think of the type of woman you want to spend time with. What does she like doing? What are her interests? Picking up women is easier when you meet them in places that interest them, while you are doing things they find interesting. If she looks bored or annoyed with her company just act! Opportunities are available everyday but they only turn into successes if you act!

    - Girls love confident, bold men. Only 20% of a woman’s attraction to a man is based on physical appearance. This is an important point when it comes to picking up women.

    - If you think confidently you will naturally act confidently. When picking up women it is important to project confidence. Therefore while you are preparing to approach just quickly imagine a positive outcome in your mind. Quickly imagine that you are walking towards her. then you start talking and laughing with her. Then see yourself getting her number. This will put you immediately into a more confident frame of mind which will be reflected in your body language.

    - The above technique should also be used when you are not in the company of anyone else – as a sort of practice run. It is an invaluable technique when it comes to picking up women. Visualizing yourself as a great pick-up artist will have amazing results. Use your imagination to create a mental scene where you are ozing confidence and charisma. See yourself being successful with gorgeous girls. Create the positive feelings that you will experience when this scene is real. Visualize this every night just before you drift off to sleep. Although you may not realize the power of this exercise trust me when I tell you that it will increase your chances of picking up women by 1000%! Women know if you are confident or faking it so this little technique will dramatically improve your confidence and belief in yourself.

    Some of the most successful pickup artists have a skill that can NOT be taught on the workshops, in fact the pick up artist probably doesn’t even know he has this skill as its unconscious, or outside the real of their consciousness and they don’t even know they have this unique skill.

     

    That skill is the “unwavering belief in themselves”

     

    Some would say this is confidence and they would be right, it’s also a mixture of arrogance, pride and a few other things.

     

    This is a GOOD skill to have and I’ll tell you why in just a second.

     

    Most budding pickup artists are in the ‘game’ for three months or less and they give up, they give it a try and go out a few times with their buddies they do about half the approaches they could do, and they say they’re not really getting the results of other PUAs out there are getting so they give up. Then a few months later they’re back again giving it another try.

     

    There’s nothing wrong with this don’t get me wrong, in fact this is good that they remained unwavering and giving it another shot. What I am trying to say however is that you should keep going from the get go and never let rejection stop you, or “club” girls attitude deter you.

     

    The skill the drives success in life, in business, personal relationships and other areas is persistence, it’s having this belief in yourself that you can do it and you deserve it. Most importantly is that you DESERVE IT as this will always provide you with a drive to achieve it.

     

    Man guys I’ve coached through my workshop business have learned somewhat skills (from me and others) on being persistent at pickup even when the odds seem like they’re against you.

     

    So what is persistence and some good examples?

     

    I’ve met a lot of successful pick up artists in my life either when I’m interviewing them, running a workshop on some of my travels and bumping into them or just been introduced to them and these insightful guys all possess the skill of persistence and belief.

     

    Persistence:

    · Continuity: the property of a continuous and connected period of time

    · Doggedness: persistent determination

     

    I like the last word DETERMINATION.

     

    Some good examples of PUA Persistence:

    -Never let a rejection from a girl deter or stop you from more approaches

    -Never let a bad breakup deter you from feeling for another girl again in the future

    -Always be positive in-light of any circumstances (this will always guide you to a solution)

    -Even if she has a boyfriend be persistent as most girls who say they have a partner don’t in fact and she’s just testing you.

     

    To become a pick up artist you need the skill of persistence, if you get shot down or rejected then take a breather, have a coffee, don’t get inside your head and think “why, what’s wrong, what am I doing wrong” etc just have a break and keep going. This is the best way to get good at this.
